Money

 This week we’re very busy in maths. We’re practicing using coins and giving change. The best way to do this is to use real money🤗

We were amazed to see what Archie made! Thanks Archie for showing us your special paint spinner kit. 

Special Visitors!

This week we had some special visitors! Cian and Oisín were very kind to bring the Anglo Celt cup into school for a visit. 

 

Tomhais cé atá ann?

Real life Guess Who as Gaeilge! This was lots of fun and helped us to learn our Irish vocabulary. Win win!👏🏻

 

Kahoot

Second class absolutely love doing Kahoots! It is so much fun and reinforces the learning they have done during the week. Well done to Conor who won the quiz this week. 

Art-Dream Catchers

 This week we made our own ‘Dream Catchers’. They were quite tricky to make but they turned out fantastic! 

2 Minute Meditation

The whole school completes a 2 minute meditation every Tuesday and Thursday. A great way to focus our brains🤗🧠

The Senses

 We were learning about the senses. Students (and teachers) had to guess what was in the box using their sense of touch. ✋🏾🧠🤏🏻
